"Empowering Independence in the Name of Christ."

Angie was raised in Wilmot in the southwest corner of Noble County and has remained in Noble County with the exception of going to college.  She came to Common Grace Ministries as the Common Grace Program Director in November 2012. Following a restructuring of the organization, Angie accepted the role of Executive Director of Common Grace Ministries, Inc.  Angie is a Deacon in the United Methodist Church and serves Common Grace Ministries, Inc. as her primary appointment.   In May 2016, she was appointed to Trinity Church United Methodist in Kendallville for her secondary appointment where she has been serving as their Deacon since July 2016.  Angie is an occupational therapy practitioner using her skills to assist Common Grace Ministries neighbors with daily living skills to help them move toward economic freedom.  She has been married to her husband, Chris, since 1983.  They have a son, a daughter, a son-in-law and two grandchildren they love to spoil.  Angie feels "blessed beyond words to work with the team and the board at Common Grace Ministries."  She says, "You won't find people with a bigger heart for God and for people anywhere else!"

Dian came to Common Grace in 2011 after 31 years of teaching in the public schools. Dian wanted a way to give back to the community and an open position at Common Grace was the answer to her prayers.  After living for ten years in Valparaiso where she met her husband, Tim, they moved to Noble County where Dian was born and raised.  Tim and Dian have two sons, one who is married with two young daughters, and another son who lives and works in Ohio.

Rose is passionate about people.  Growing up, her parents instilled a love for God and His work in her by modeling a lifestyle of serving others.  Although she’s lived in multiple states and various counties, she has been a member of New Life Tabernacle in Kendallville since she was nine years old.  She spent a few years working with the community youth while employed at Kendallville Public Library before moving on to explore different avenues of employment.  Rose brings skills and experience in technology, management and project development to Common Grace Ministries in addition to her people skills. Rose believes there is no work more fulfilling than to serve others.  She is thrilled to be joining the Common Grace Ministries team where the mission is ministering.

Jann has been with Common Grace Ministries since 2005 and feels privileged to serve in the Common Grace Ligonier office.  Jann researches resources for needs identified by neighbors and coordinates the production of the resource manuals utilized by the organization.  In January 2018, Jann began assisting with administrative duties for Friendship Connection in addition to working with Common Grace.  The ministry of Common Grace is a good fit for Jann's background in human development, community service and Christian Education. Jann has been blessed to meet, and be inspired by, so many people throughout Noble County.  She enjoys meeting people who share the mission and vision of Common Grace Ministries.

Rhonda Beare brings her strong Christian faith along with her professional business career to Common Grace Ministries.  She has a diversified work career from business supervision, business ownership, home care assistance and management retail.  She is married to David Beare and has three grown children.  Rhonda shines through her spiritual gifts of hospitality and discernment.  She enjoys camping, cooking and hiking. She joined us in 2014 and serves as a coach for Common Grace.  Although Rhonda "retired" in June 2018, she stays on to help with vacation coverage and other projects as needed. She is excited to remain a part of the ministries at Common Grace Ministries and we are grateful to have her on our team.
